Cancellation Policies

If you cancel a task you posted (client)
Before assigning a tasker
- You can cancel freely.
- No money is taken because no one has been assigned. Bank transfer fees may still apply to refunds.
After assigning a tasker
- You can request cancellation.
- If the tasker agrees, your task payment is refunded.
- Bank transfer, connection, and service fees are usually not refunded.
If the tasker rejects cancellation
You may need to resolve the case with the support team.
If you cancel a task you accepted (tasker)
Before starting the task
- You can request cancellation.
- The task poster must accept the cancellation.
Effects
- You lose the bank transfer, connection, or service fee paid to get the task.
- Too many cancellations may reduce your reliability score.
If the other person cancels
- Client cancels your task (you are the tasker): You normally lose the bank transfer, connection, or service fee paid to accept the task.
- Tasker cancels a task you posted: You usually get the full task amount back.
How cancellation works
- One person submits a cancellation request.
- The other person has 48 hours to accept or reject.
- If there is no response, the task is automatically cancelled.
